If there’s one day of the year that stretches florists from a delivery perspective, it’s Valentine’s Day, when the number of orders can grow exponentially over a 24-hour period.
Around six months ago, we started working with Flowerbx, a high-end florist that delivers fresh cut flowers direct from the growers to homes and offices, so this is the first time we have managed Valentine’s Day deliveries for them.
But, with extensive experience in the florist sector, not to mention our understanding and experience of efficient logistics in general, we started planning early with Flowerbx to ensure a consistent brand experience for their customers.
